📋 Description

• • The Digital Marketing & Growth Analyst will lead ecommerce performance optimization in a growing D2C environment, directly impacting conversion, traffic, and revenue through data-driven strategies.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows; designing and analyzing A/B tests on CTAs, layouts, and copy; monitoring key performance metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, and revenue; leading on-page SEO strategy to grow organic traffic; managing Google Analytics 4 to build actionable insights; analyzing paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and recommending improvements; implementing growth initiatives like cross-sell, subscriptions, and referrals; and collaborating with content, data, and marketing teams to enhance results.
• • The role is based at ReHire Solutions LLC in Buenos Aires, operating in a hybrid model (3 days office, 2 days remote) with a Monday to Friday schedule from 10 AM to 5 PM. The company offers lunch on-site, monthly product bonuses, birthday leave, and Gympass access for wellness and fitness.
