  • • As a Digital Marketing Manager at dash0 GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s digital presence and driving measurable pipeline by turning technical content into qualified leads for the sales team. This role is critical to scaling demand generation in alignment with Dash0’s mission to redefine observability through an OpenTelemetry-native, AI-centric platform that eliminates vendor lock-in and reduces toil for engineering teams.
  • • You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, ensuring that Dash0’s innovative product reaches the right technical audiences—SREs, platform engineers, and CTOs—through data-driven, high-impact initiatives that support rapid growth following the company’s Series B funding.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning and executing Dash0’s digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting channels; planning, launching, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns designed to generate qualified pipeline for the sales team; managing and growing the company’s organic presence through SEO, content distribution, and social media strategy; building and maintaining marketing dashboards to track campaign performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and attribution across the full funnel; collaborating closely with Content and DevRel teams to amplify technical assets such as blog posts, webinars, and tutorials through targeted digital promotion; and managing the digital marketing budget with a focus on optimizing spend allocation based on performance data and ROI.
  • • You will join a fast-moving, remote-first team headquartered in EMEA with hubs in New York, Amsterdam, and Munich, working within a culture that values builder mentality, transparency, and direct access to leadership. You’ll gain hands-on experience in aligning marketing strategy with product-led growth motions and shaping the demand engine for a cutting-edge observability platform.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing at a B2B SaaS company, preferably in developer tools or infrastructure
  • • Proven track record of running paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) that directly contributed to pipeline and revenue
  • • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms for data-driven decision making
  • • Hands-on experience with SEO strategy and organic content distribution
  • • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical product value into compelling campaign messaging
