📋 Description

• Lead digital growth strategies specifically for the Philippines corridor, driving user acquisition and engagement among the Southeast Asian diaspora in key markets including the UK, USA, Europe, Canada, and Australia.
• Onboard, manage, and scale a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to execute high-impact campaigns tailored to the Filipino diaspora.
• Develop and execute strategic B2B partnerships with media channels, publications, and digital platforms to amplify LemFi’s global brand presence and reach.
• Build and nurture active online communities that foster brand trust, drive organic sign-ups, and convert users into transacting customers.
• Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to translate market research and audience insights into high-converting ad creatives for paid channels.
• Work closely with the Paid Ads team to maintain a consistent pipeline of conversion-optimized content across Google, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Own and optimize key performance metrics including new user sign-ups, conversion rates, cost of acquisition (CAC), and recurring revenue for the Philippines market corridor.
• Manage CRM functions to track user churn, manage the transactor lifecycle, and ensure compliance with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams in campaign execution.
• Serve as the cultural ambassador for the Philippines market, providing insights and context during regional planning, product development, and cross-functional meetings.
• Analyze complex campaign data to make data-driven decisions that improve inventory efficiency, user retention, and overall ROI.
• Adapt quickly to shifting market trends, competitor dynamics, and platform algorithm changes in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Apply deep understanding of influencer marketing, A/B testing, and campaign optimization to continuously refine digital acquisition strategies.
• Leverage existing networks within the Southeast Asian diaspora to accelerate community trust and organic growth.
• Ensure all digital campaigns align with LemFi’s values of sharp customer focus, data-led decision-making, ownership, and grit.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in influencer management or digital growth roles
• Hands-on expertise managing and optimizing influencer or KOL campaigns on Google, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Strong background in influencer marketing and community building, with B2B partnership experience preferred
• Deep understanding of ad content creation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interpret data and drive conversion rate optimization from sign-up to transacting user
• Experience with CRM platforms and churn tracking is an advantage
