📋 Description
- • The Digital Marketing Specialist will own lifecycle marketing execution across email and SMS while coordinating campaigns across teams, playing a central role in driving retention, engagement, and revenue for a fast-growing DTC brand.
- • Day to day, the person will execute and optimize email campaigns using Klaviyo and SMS campaigns using Attentive, build and manage marketing calendars, run A/B tests, coordinate product launches, support SEO efforts, monitor campaign performance, and act as the day-to-day coordinator for marketing and eCommerce execution.
- • The company is a fast-growing DTC brand focused on premium products and customer experience, with an expanding eCommerce presence and frequent product launches, building a high-performance marketing engine to support U.S.-based clients.
- • The person can learn and achieve mastery in lifecycle marketing, gain hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Attentive, develop cross-functional coordination skills, contribute directly to customer retention and revenue growth, and grow within a high-impact, fast-paced marketing environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce or DTC marketing
- • Experience managing lifecycle marketing campaigns and execution
- • Strong experience with Klaviyo and/or Attentive
- • Experience managing marketing calendars and coordinating campaigns
- • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and digital analytics
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
