Digital Performance Director

📋 Description

• • As the Director of Digital Experience & Performance, you will serve as the true business owner of the digital growth engine for a premium health & wellness brand, driving profitable, scalable ecommerce growth by owning acquisition, onsite experience, conversion, lifecycle, retention, and unit economics.
• • Day to day, you will lead a small team in optimizing the end-to-end site experience across UX, content, merchandising, and mobile; develop and execute customer acquisition and lifecycle strategies; analyze digital unit economics including CAC, LTV, and payback period; run disciplined experimentation frameworks; build CRM and first-party data foundations; and partner cross-functionally with Brand, Finance, Operations, Sales, CX, and Community teams to align commercial and operational readiness.

• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in full-funnel digital performance, master data-driven decision-making through cohort and pathway analysis, build scalable CRM and first-party data systems, and lead cross-functional initiatives that directly impact revenue, retention, and lifetime value — positioning you as a strategic leader in DTC growth and digital transformation.
