- • As the Digital Product Management Director for Sales & Digital Engagement at EMC Insurance Companies, you will serve as the strategic authority and subject matter expert for assigned digital products, ensuring they align with long-term business goals, value streams, and customer expectations while driving innovation in a rapidly evolving insurance landscape.
- • You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from strategy and roadmap development to value realization, development execution, and cross-functional leadership—ensuring products deliver measurable financial and operational benefits while maintaining alignment with enterprise strategy and stakeholder needs.
- • You will build and mentor high-performing product teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement by coaching Product Owners, conducting performance reviews, resolving disciplinary issues, and implementing succession planning for critical roles.
- • You will partner with business, IT, analytics, and customer experience teams to translate market trends, technological advancements, and competitive insights into actionable product strategies, while advocating for the voice of the customer and ensuring personas are embedded in product vision and design.
- • You will establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs to track business outcomes, manage total cost of ownership (TCO), evaluate buy vs. build decisions, and drive process improvements through collaboration with Strategic Analytics and Business Process Management to maximize value realization across product portfolios.
- • You will operate as a servant leader in a remote-first, collaborative environment, leveraging tools like Jira, MS Teams, and Atlassian stack to drive alignment, facilitate prioritization, and enable seamless coordination across product teams supporting common value streams and business capabilities.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- • Ten years of experience in product management or related experience
- • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification
- • Advanced understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile development techniques
- • Strong skills with Atlassian stack (Jira), MS Teams, and similar collaboration tools
- • Exceptional interpersonal and servant leadership skills with ability to coach upward and influence teams
