- • As a Digital Product Manager in the Architecture, Compute, and Engineering (ACE) organization at Allstate, you will define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of digital products that support the Consumer Connected Cloud mission, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with strategic goals.
- • Day to day, you will develop product vision and strategy, conduct market and user research, collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch products, manage product roadmaps, groom and prioritize backlogs, monitor performance using analytics, communicate updates to stakeholders, manage budgets, and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- • The ACE organization provides a transformative platform ecosystem that empowers end users and digital product teams to innovate seamlessly and drive growth, aiming to deliver a frictionless experience for Allstate’s user community through cloud infrastructure and platform capabilities.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced product management expertise, influence peers across product families, mentor early-career product managers, and become a recognized expert in the organization while shaping the future of Allstate’s digital infrastructure and cloud platform offerings.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience
- • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tooling
- • Understanding of development processes, human centered design, UX/UI design, and digital marketing
- • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform product decisions
- • Experience in networking, identity management solutions, infrastructure as code, automation, data analytics, or cloud solutions preferred
- • Product experience in End User, Network, Compute, or Platform as a Service preferred
