📋 Description

• As a Digital Product Owner at Sparklight, a Cable One brand, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital product success by managing agile backlogs, optimizing user experiences, and ensuring product initiatives align with business goals and customer needs—directly contributing to enhanced conversion rates and seamless digital experiences.
• Day to day, you will manage and prioritize the product backlog, gather and refine requirements from stakeholders and customers, identify and resolve UX/UI bottlenecks, implement A/B testing strategies to improve lead conversion, collaborate with development teams as the primary liaison, track progress using product management tools like Azure DevOps, analyze product performance and user feedback, and present updates and recommendations to senior management.
