• • As a Digital Project Manager at Brandtech Plus, you will be instrumental in driving creative and production processes from initial brief to final delivery. You'll be a key player within our dynamic Project Management team, ensuring seamless execution of diverse digital and creative projects for a global clientele.
• • You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from mid to high complexity, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a keen understanding of project profitability for the agency.
• • This role requires you to be a safe pair of hands, adept at the day-to-day management of prestigious projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• • You will leverage your experience across various disciplines, potentially including Digital, Technology, Film, CGI, Motion Design, and Print, adapting to different account sizes and time zones.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass managing a wide range of deliverables, from intricate email marketing campaigns to comprehensive website content, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
• • A core aspect of this role is to follow and implement the established project management and production processes within Brandtech Plus and with our external partners, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

• • **Initiate & Plan the Project:**
• • Serve as the primary point of contact for new briefs, expertly guiding the process of transforming initial concepts into well-defined project scopes.
• • Manage the comprehensive scoping, costing, and planning phases for diverse projects, ensuring a clear roadmap for success.
• • Adhere to and execute projects according to the Brandtech Plus Project Management Way of Working, ensuring alignment and best practices.
• • Identify all relevant stakeholders and develop a robust communication plan to ensure timely and appropriate information flow.
• • Set realistic deadlines with partners and proactively challenge unrealistic timelines to maintain project momentum and manage workload effectively.
• • Create detailed project plans, identifying key milestones and dependencies for each assigned project.
• • Collaborate closely with the Delivery Lead and Resource/Studio Manager to ensure projects are staffed appropriately with the right talent to meet deliverables and deadlines.
• • Proactively identify potential risks and issues, developing comprehensive risk registers to mitigate potential challenges.
• • Work in tandem with the creative team to define accurate costs, scope, and timeplans for all projects.
• • Prepare for and lead effective, structured client and team kick-off meetings to set clear project objectives and expectations.
• • Develop and manage the delivery of all necessary project documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
• • **Manage Project Execution, Monitoring, and Control:**
• • Coordinate the development and delivery efforts among various project participants and stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• • Prioritize and effectively manage the workload of the project team to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
• • Develop comprehensive project plans that integrate cutting-edge AI workflows, mapping out every detail for successful execution.
• • Cultivate strong partner relationships, ensuring their needs and requirements are met while adhering to Brandtech Plus's operational standards.
• • Continuously monitor project progress against scope, budget, and resource allocation, making necessary adjustments to stay on track.
• • Prepare and deliver clear, concise status reports for stakeholders, actively managing project progress through weekly action points.
• • Rigorously follow the project management change control process for any modifications to scope, budget, timelines, or resources.
• • Maintain and update all project-related documentation to ensure compliance and provide a clear record of project activities.
• • Proactively problem-solve, mitigate identified risks, and develop contingency plans for future potential issues.
• • Take ownership of the financial profitability of projects, actively managing cost overruns and monitoring daily time logs.
• • Ensure final deliverables meet the highest quality standards and fully comply with design and production requirements and client expectations.
• • Monitor team utilization and output, ensuring optimal performance and resource allocation.
• • Actively participate in client-facing meetings, representing the project team and ensuring client alignment.
