- • As a Digital Sales Representative - Expansion, you will be instrumental in leading relationships within our Self Service customer base and Communications Platform customers who actively utilize our messaging, voice, and email services. Your primary focus will be on net new customer activations, driving transactional and solution selling, and successfully closing deals within our existing Self Service account portfolio. This role demands a proactive and results-oriented individual who can manage and expand customer accounts, protect existing revenue streams, and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Own and manage a dedicated book of business within the Self Service segment, with a clear objective to safeguard existing revenue and aggressively pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive net new revenue growth.
- • Execute strategic, programmable sales plays designed to consistently achieve and exceed targets for revenue, gross margin, and gross profit, ensuring the financial health and expansion of your territory.
- • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, finance, customer support, and services, to facilitate seamless customer renewals and drive net new business expansion (DBNE).
- • Develop and meticulously maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast within our CRM system, Salesforce, through diligent proactive efforts and close collaboration with your management team.
- • Implement and refine automation strategies to efficiently serve a large volume of customers, while simultaneously maintaining high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and proactively preventing customer churn.
- • Partner closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and lead generation efforts, maximizing the impact of our go-to-market strategies.
