đź“‹ Description

  • • Hippocratic AI is at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare through cutting-edge generative AI technology. We are the pioneers behind the world's first system capable of engaging in safe, autonomous clinical conversations with patients. Our proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs), part of the Polaris constellation, have been meticulously trained to achieve an exceptional accuracy rate exceeding 99.9%. We are on a mission to reinvent healthcare, prioritizing safety above all else, and building a breakthrough platform designed to transform patient outcomes on a global scale. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to be part of category creation and work alongside the visionaries shaping the future of medicine.
  • • Our esteemed co-founders, CEO Munjal Shah and a distinguished team of physicians, hospital leaders, AI pioneers, and researchers from prestigious institutions such as El Camino Health, Johns Hopkins, Washington University in St. Louis, Stanford, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and NVIDIA, have established Hippocratic AI as a leader in the field. We are proudly backed by the world's leading healthcare and AI investors, having recently secured a significant $126M Series C funding round at a $3.5B valuation, led by Avenir Growth. This brings our total funding to $404M, with continued support from prominent investors including CapitalG, General Catalyst, a16z, Kleiner Perkins, Premji Invest, UHS, Cincinnati Children's, WellSpan Health, John Doerr, and Rick Klausner.
  • • As a Regulatory Evaluator, HCP Sales (AI), you will play a critical role in ensuring our innovative AI solutions meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance. You will be tasked with meticulously reviewing and assessing AI-enabled, Healthcare Professional (HCP)- and patient-facing Voice AI interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate whether these AI agents operate strictly within applicable regulatory frameworks, adhere to approved labeling and guidance documents, and effectively manage regulatory risk in real-world application scenarios.
  • • This contractor role is ideally suited for an individual with substantial hands-on experience in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs, particularly those who have been deeply involved in Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Promotional Review Committee (MLR PRC) review environments. You should be comfortable making nuanced, risk-based regulatory judgments, especially when evaluating novel AI-driven engagement models. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complexities of AI in healthcare.
  • • You will contribute to a flexible, part-time schedule, typically dedicating 10-15 hours per week. This will involve systematically reviewing AI-generated interactions and documenting structured regulatory feedback based on predefined evaluation criteria. Your insights will directly inform the safety and compliance of our AI products. While this position commences as a part-time contract, there is a clear and exciting pathway for advancement into a full-time role as our program scales, contingent upon your performance and the evolving needs of the organization. We are committed to offering compensation that is commensurate with your current role and reflects the fair market rate for your specialized skills.
  • • Key responsibilities will include:
  • • Conducting thorough reviews of HCP- and patient-facing Voice AI interactions to ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory compliance standards.
  • • Assessing the alignment of AI agent communications with approved product labeling, pertinent regulatory guidance, and established promotional boundaries.
  • • Proactively identifying potential regulatory risks, areas of ambiguity, or precedent-setting concerns within AI-driven interactions.
  • • Applying practical, real-world regulatory judgment to accurately distinguish between material compliance risks and minor, low-risk deviations.
  • • Systematically scoring interactions using defined regulatory rubrics and providing clear, concise, and actionable feedback to the product and development teams.
  • • Promptly flagging any potential regulatory compliance risks or areas that necessitate escalation or specific mitigation strategies to senior management.
  • • This is a unique opportunity to leverage your regulatory expertise in a groundbreaking field, contributing to the development of AI that is not only powerful but also exceptionally safe and trustworthy. Join us in building the future of AI in healthcare, where innovation meets unwavering commitment to patient well-being and regulatory integrity. Your work will have a direct impact on how healthcare is delivered and experienced globally.
