📋 Description

• • As an Enterprise Sales Director for Benelux at Semperis, you will drive new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing enterprise-level cybersecurity and identity solutions across the Benelux region, directly contributing to the company’s mission of being a Force for Good in cybersecurity.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, conducting discovery calls to understand client needs, managing and advancing sales opportunities from initial contact to closure, building and maintaining trusted relationships with new and existing accounts, developing and executing territory and account-based strategies, collaborating with SDR teams to convert SQLs into closed/won deals, and partnering with Channel Directors to strengthen market presence through strategic alliances.

• • In this role, you will develop advanced enterprise sales expertise, deepen your knowledge of identity security solutions (including Active Directory and Azure AD), refine strategic account planning and Challenger-style selling techniques, and grow your influence as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders while contributing to Semperis’ global mission of protecting organizations from cyber threats.
