- • Join Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. as a Digital Wellness Support Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for potential patients seeking wellness support via SMS and occasional phone calls, helping them begin their wellness journey from anywhere.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include quickly replying to inbound text inquiries with professionalism and warmth, asking thoughtful questions to uncover client needs and goals, scheduling calls via tools like Calendly for deeper conversations, inputting and updating client data in CRM and scheduling platforms, building rapport with new leads, and sending helpful, friendly follow-ups as needed.
