📋 Description

• • As Director of Accounting Operations at Warner Music Group, you will lead the financial shared service organization responsible for critical accounting functions supporting US Recorded Music, Publishing, and Corporate entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and internal controls.
• • You will oversee general accounting, participations/P&D contract administration, royalty finance, revenue and expense recognition, and reporting and analytics, while managing a diverse team of accounting managers and analysts both onshore and offshore.
• • You will join Warner Music’s Center of Excellence for Shared Services in Nashville, a hub established in 2017 that supports financial, legal, and administrative functions with a focus on innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and employee development rooted in the company’s entrepreneurial and artist-focused culture.
• • You will drive process improvement, lead acquisition integrations, manage special projects, and serve as a key liaison between Finance, Accounting, IT, Strategy, and Operations, while ensuring compliance with SOX and leveraging tools like Blackline to automate and monitor financial close processes.
