• • The Director, Advisory Services - Financial Transformation leads consulting engagements to drive performance improvement in healthcare organizations, delivering billable work while managing client relationships, project resources, and financial outcomes.
• • Day to day, the role involves executing data analyses, leading client interviews, developing recommendations, overseeing project delivery, managing budgets and staff, identifying upsell opportunities, and contributing to business development through RFPs, sales calls, and solution design.
• • The team is part of Premier Inc.’s Advisory practice, a nationally recognized healthcare performance improvement organization known for ethical leadership, innovation, and expertise in healthcare management consulting.
• • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in healthcare finance and operations, develop leadership and consulting skills, mentor teams, influence strategic initiatives, and contribute to the growth and profitability of the Advisory practice.
