- • As Director, AI & Process Automation at RingCentral, you will serve as the internal AI opportunity hunter, identifying where intelligent automation can eliminate friction, reduce cost, and accelerate outcomes across the business, then driving those initiatives to completion in a high-visibility, cross-functional role within Operations.
- • Day to day, you will conduct ongoing discovery across functions like Sales, Finance, HR, and Customer Success to identify automation opportunities, develop and maintain a prioritized AI/automation pipeline with ROI-backed business cases, lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives from scoping to adoption, and partner with IT and Engineering to ensure technical soundness and scalability.
- • You will operate within RingCentral’s Operations team, a strategic function supporting the company’s mission to deliver agentic voice AI-powered business communications, with $2.5B+ in ARR and $250M invested annually in R&D to build the future of AI-powered communications.
- • In this role, you will build credibility as a technical and commercial bridge between AI possibilities and real-world execution, define and track KPIs demonstrating business impact, influence senior leaders without direct authority, and help embed a culture of continuous automation thinking across a distributed enterprise.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in operations, business transformation, or technology roles with meaningful hands-on experience in AI and automation
- • Technically credible understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, MuleSoft), APIs, and AI integration patterns to evaluate trade-offs and guide engineering decisions
- • Proven track record of identifying operational inefficiencies and delivering measurable, automation-driven improvements from concept to production at enterprise scale
