- • As a Director, Analyst specializing in Agentic AI in Enterprise Networking at Gartner, you will be at the forefront of defining the future of IT infrastructure. You will serve as a pivotal thought leader, crafting essential insights and providing expert advice to a diverse clientele of world-leading organizations. Your role is critical in identifying market gaps, anticipating challenges, and formulating innovative solutions that empower clients to make superior decisions aligned with their most significant business priorities.
- • You will be instrumental in translating Gartner's best practices and proprietary tools into tangible value for a broad spectrum of high-caliber clients. Your focus will encompass both the immediate, pragmatic content needed to address current operational problems and the forward-thinking, provocative insights that challenge conventional assumptions and shape future strategies.
- • A core aspect of your coverage will be agentic AI networking technologies. This includes understanding and analyzing how these technologies enable infrastructure and IT operations groups to achieve unprecedented levels of automation, drive innovation, and establish a robust foundation for sustained success and growth. A deep intellectual curiosity and demonstrable knowledge in areas such as agentic AI, advanced network operations, and sophisticated network automation are paramount.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred.
- • 12+ years of experience in enterprise networking, AI-driven network operations, or related IT domains, including hands-on exposure to integrating AI and automation within large-scale enterprise network environments.
- • Expertise in agentic AI models and AI-enabled network architectures, including autonomous remediation, intent-based networking, policy orchestration, and AI-driven network optimization.
- • Deep knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, including WAN connectivity, network architecture/design, network security principles, and familiarity with data center networking and cloud edge architectures.
- • Ability to analyze and articulate technology and business adoption scenarios, helping senior IT leaders understand opportunities, risks, and implementation paths for emerging AI-centric networking technologies.
