📋 Description
- • As a Director Analyst specializing in Infrastructure Cybersecurity, you will serve as a trusted industry thought leader, delivering actionable insights and strategic advice to global enterprises and technology vendors on mitigating cyber risk and securing modern IT infrastructure.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include researching and analyzing market trends in infrastructure cybersecurity, authoring evidence-based research and advisory content, presenting findings to senior executives and at industry conferences, and collaborating with sales and service teams to drive client engagement and retention.
- • You will join Gartner, a globally recognized research and advisory firm with 21,000 associates supporting 14,000+ enterprises across 90 countries, known for its objective, high-impact insights that shape technology and business decisions.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in emerging cybersecurity domains such as SASE, SSE, Zero Trust, cloud and endpoint security, and AI-driven threats, while influencing how Fortune 500 organizations design, invest in, and manage their security strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- • 12+ years of experience in infrastructure cybersecurity, secure networking architecture, or related IT domains, preferably in forward-leaning enterprise environments.
- • Expertise in modern security frameworks including SASE, SSE, Zero Trust, and identity-centric models, with deep knowledge of cloud security, endpoint security, patch management, and disaster recovery best practices.
- • Strong working knowledge of industry standards such as NIST CSF 2.0, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 42001, and NIST AI RMF.
- • Familiarity with major cybersecurity vendors and solutions including Palo Alto Networks, Netskope, Cisco, Fortinet, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, and Microsoft.
- • Ability to analyze, articulate, and present complex technology and business adoption scenarios to senior IT leaders with clarity and authority.
