📋 Description

• The Director, Audience Activation collaborates with leadership to define and execute strategic and operational plans, ensuring delivery outcomes align with business objectives in a complex, multi-account environment.
• Day to day, the role involves leading capacity planning, staffing, and delivery management to ensure high-quality execution, driving operational standards and governance, partnering with cross-functional leadership to align delivery with strategic priorities, and translating strategic direction into actionable frameworks across teams.
• Acxiom LLC is a data-driven marketing and customer intelligence company that helps organizations activate audiences through data, technology, and insights, operating in a complex, multi-account environment requiring consistent, scalable delivery.
• The person in this role can learn to lead large-scale delivery organizations, deepen expertise in data-driven marketing and activation, drive operational improvements and innovation, and balance strategic thinking with executional excellence while developing high-performing teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in client-facing delivery leadership
• Proven experience managing complex delivery models (e.g., digital marketing, CRM, direct marketing)
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading large-scale delivery organizations
• Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and activation
• Ability to drive operational improvements and innovation
