📋 Description

• • The Director, Brand and Communications will shape and execute Versaterm’s global brand and external communications strategy, strengthening the company’s position as an innovator and trusted partner in public safety technology.
• • The role involves leading corporate and external communications, executive communications, content strategy and thought leadership, brand and creative direction, and integrated strategy with cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, and People teams.
• • Versaterm is a global public safety solutions company that builds intuitive tools for public safety agencies, forensic labs, court systems, schools, and other institutions, focused on improving workflows to help customers achieve more efficient operations, better service, and more just outcomes.
• • The person in this role will develop unified market narratives, drive executive visibility, lead thought leadership initiatives, manage global PR partnerships, oversee brand guidelines and creative direction, and align communications with go-to-market priorities to drive market awareness, credibility, and growth while reinforcing the company’s mission and values.
