📋 Description

• • The Director of Brand and Creative Operations leads the in-house creative team’s operations and scalability, building systems and processes that enable high-quality, efficient output across all marketing channels while aligning creative work with business priorities.
• • Day to day, the role involves implementing and scaling creative operations models, optimizing tools and workflows, leading quarterly resourcing planning, developing data-driven reporting, managing internal and external resources, streamlining production processes, overseeing brand OPEX budget and agency partnerships, and leading a high-performing Creative Ops & Production team.
