📋 Description

• • As Director of Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery at Amgen, you will lead the strategic transformation of enterprise resilience capabilities to ensure the organization can prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive events impacting people, operations, technology, and critical business processes.
• • You will define and implement a multi-year strategy for the Global Business Resilience Network (GBRN) and BCDR, lead service modernization through automation and AI, establish global operating models, manage a distributed team including expanded delivery in India, and own enterprise Business Impact Analysis, continuity planning, disaster recovery, and exercise programs.
