📋 Description

• • As a Director of Business Strategy and Planning at USAA, you will lead a team of strategic planning professionals responsible for developing, executing, and sustaining the organization’s strategic business plan in alignment with USAA’s Strategy and Transformation Plan, directly supporting the mission to empower military members and their families to achieve financial security.
• • Day to day, you will lead executive council members and senior executives in setting short- and long-term strategic goals, facilitate accountability across leadership for strategic direction, oversee the development and maintenance of strategy frameworks and policies, manage critical risks in line with Enterprise Risk Management, oversee strategy formulation and performance management processes, identify and track planning budgets, conduct business strategy reviews to assess growth and progress, and build and mentor a high-performing team through recruiting, coaching, performance management, and retention efforts.
