  • • As Director of Business Transformation at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., you will lead enterprise-wide transformation programs that drive growth, efficiency, and enhanced customer experience through AI-enabled operating models, directly impacting the organization’s strategic trajectory and operational excellence.
  • • Day to day, you will shape transformation strategy, translate enterprise priorities into executable roadmaps, sponsor large-scale AI-enabled process redesign and technology enablement initiatives, partner with VPs and executive leaders to align resources and outcomes, establish governance and success metrics, drive cultural adoption of data-driven decision-making, and ensure transformation outcomes are embedded into sustainable operating models.
