📋 Description

• As the founding Director of Client Success at Superpower Labs Inc., you will own the critical metric of member engagement and the ROI it drives, directly influencing client renewals, expansions, and the company’s ability to prove its health impact to sophisticated buyers.
• Day to day, you will build the engagement engine that turns enrolled members into deeply engaged users, manufacture defensible outcomes data from real-world client results, own client relationships through onboarding, renewal, and expansion, protect gross logo retention, and partner with Product and Operations to shape the roadmap based on member insights.
• You will join a founding team of ex-founders, YC alumni, and mission-driven builders at Superpower Labs, a company creating a personalized health system powered by biomarker testing, AI-driven insights, and clinical care, now scaling rapidly after 10x growth in 6 months with halved CAC.
• In this role, you will define the Client Success function from the ground up, build the first CS playbook, establish proof points that win enterprise deals, and directly contribute to a mission of extending and enhancing human life through preventive health—gaining ownership, impact, and strategic influence in a high-talent, fast-moving environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in customer success, account management, or member engagement with real ownership of a number, not just relationships
• Proven ability to move activation, engagement, retention, or utilization and demonstrate measurable impact
• Comfort with data and outcomes: ability to build credible outcomes stories from messy real-world client data
• Strong enterprise relationship skills: able to hold renewal conversations with benefits leaders and earn trust
• Healthcare, benefits, or member-engagement experience strongly preferred
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset: comfortable in ambiguity, ships before things are perfect, does the work personally
