Director, Commercial Legal

📋 Description

• • As Director, Commercial Legal at Remote Technologies Inc., you will serve as the directly responsible individual for commercial legal matters, leading a team of 3-5 lawyers to support sales, partnership, and procurement transactions in the HR Tech and SaaS space while protecting the company from unacceptable risk.
• • Day to day, you will guide and mentor your legal team, build strategic relationships with GTM stakeholders, identify company-wide legal issues, lead cross-team legal projects, institute best practices and training, improve team efficiencies through collaboration with Legal Ops and Revenue Ops, manage external local counsel, and assist with other legal, advisory, regulatory, and compliance work as required.
