- • As the Director, Consumer Insights and Research at the National Football League (NFL), you will be at the forefront of understanding and shaping the global fan experience. This pivotal role within the Marketing Strategy & Insights team is dedicated to being the voice and advocate for NFL fans worldwide, utilizing a comprehensive suite of research, data, and analytics to uncover strategic insights that will directly influence league-wide business decisions and drive fan growth.
- • You will be instrumental in cultivating the organization’s enterprise-wide comprehension of global fans, audiences, and evolving market dynamics. This involves a strategic integration of research methodologies, advanced analytics, and forward-looking foresight across diverse international markets. Your expertise will be crucial in developing robust global forecasts, sophisticated analytical models, and effective measurement frameworks that will guide long-range strategic planning and critical investment decisions for the NFL.
- • Collaborating closely with internal Data & Analytics, Strategy, and Marketing teams, you will be responsible for synthesizing insights derived from multiple data sources and markets. This synthesis will enable the identification of macro trends, the development of predictive projections, and the translation of complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives suitable for executive-level consumption.
- • A key aspect of this role involves building and implementing global frameworks, analytical models, and integrated insight systems. These systems will ensure consistent measurement of fan engagement and market performance, facilitate strategic planning processes, and embed insight-driven decision-making across all facets of the League's operations.
- • You will develop comprehensive global forecasts and analytical models by constructing research-informed projections and scenario models. These outputs will be essential for informing long-term growth strategies and guiding investment planning, ensuring that the NFL's strategic initiatives are grounded in deep consumer understanding.
- • Your role will involve integrating research and analytics across the entire organization. This will be achieved through close partnerships with internal teams, enabling the seamless combination of first-party data, syndicated market research, and primary research findings into unified, actionable insight outputs.
- • You will synthesize insights from various global markets to identify overarching trends. This involves translating regional research findings into a macro-level understanding of the key drivers of fan growth, emerging cultural shifts, and new opportunities for engagement and expansion.
