  • • As the Director of Content Marketing, you will be a pivotal leader within Delinea’s Marketing team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Product Marketing. Your primary mission will be to build and operate a high-performing content engine designed to drive significant pipeline, establish category leadership, and deliver tangible sales impact. You will be entrusted with the end-to-end ownership of our enterprise content strategy, transforming complex product value propositions, compelling customer success stories, and insightful industry trends into impactful content. This content will be instrumental in increasing qualified demand, accelerating deal cycles, and fostering deep trust across every stage of the buyer’s journey.
  • • The ideal candidate is a strategic visionary with exceptional editorial acumen and a proven history of developing impactful content within the technology sector, particularly in fast-paced B2B enterprise SaaS environments. You will be responsible for defining and establishing Delinea’s distinct brand "voice" and writing style, ensuring unwavering consistency across all external communication channels. This includes establishing a clear editorial direction that is meticulously aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), target personas, key use cases, and overarching Go-To-Market (GTM) priorities.
  • • You will architect and execute content programs that yield measurable outcomes across the entire marketing and sales funnel, from initial awareness and consideration through evaluation and final conversion. A key aspect of this role involves leading the development of our flagship narratives, including foundational pillar pages, definitive POV/positioning documents, groundbreaking category thought leadership pieces, in-depth research reports, and executive-level content designed to resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • • Collaboration will be central to your success. You will partner closely with the Demand Generation team to craft campaign-specific content that significantly enhances account engagement and drives meeting generation. Leveraging both internal subject matter experts and external resources, you will produce a diverse array of content formats meticulously designed to address buyer questions and pain points. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging blog posts, authoritative whitepapers, compelling case studies, informative videos, and other relevant assets.
  • • Furthermore, you will work hand-in-hand with the Product Marketing team to translate intricate technical capabilities into clear, concise, and persuasive messaging. This ensures that our content assets are not only informative but also highly effective in driving conversions. You will also be responsible for delivering critical sales enablement content that actively supports pipeline progression. This includes developing and refining battlecards, competitive intelligence pages, solution briefs, customer success stories, presentation decks, and effective talk tracks for the sales team.
  • • To ensure efficiency and scalability, you will build and manage a robust content production system. This system will encompass a detailed editorial calendar, standardized content brief templates, streamlined SME review processes, adherence to brand voice guidelines, efficient compliance and legal workflows, and strategic content repurposing initiatives. Continuous performance measurement and optimization are paramount. You will be responsible for tracking key metrics, conducting content-to-pipeline analysis, monitoring conversion rates, and developing a proactive content refresh strategy to maintain relevance and impact.
  • • This role includes the crucial responsibility of managing and mentoring a team of content professionals, as well as external agencies and freelancers. You will set high-quality standards, foster a collaborative environment, and establish a consistent operational cadence to ensure the team's success and the consistent delivery of exceptional content.
  • • This is a U.S. Remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.
