- • As Director, Cross Channel Engagement Lead (CCEL) at Amgen Inc., you will play a pivotal role in transforming the company’s end-to-end global commercial capabilities by shaping how marketing tactics are planned, produced, and deployed across channels, directly supporting Amgen’s mission to serve patients with serious illnesses through innovative medicines.
- • Day to day, you will work closely with the Obesity brand marketing team to drive coordinated execution of customer capabilities, lead weekly pod interactions with GCCI channel operations teams to uncover optimization insights, educate teams on new self-service tools and centralized capabilities, share channel-specific best practices, support cross-channel pilots and test-and-learns, document results and learnings to uplift content capabilities, monitor industry content innovations, partner with data and decision science teams on performance tracking, and act as a liaison to enterprise platform owners (e.g., DAM, Veeva, MLR systems) to ensure system alignment and content flow.
- • You will join Amgen’s Marketing team within a collaborative, innovative, and science-based culture that has been advancing biotech since 1980, focusing on Oncology, Inflammation, General Medicine, and Rare Disease to reach millions of patients annually with treatments for cancer, heart disease, inflammatory conditions, rare diseases, and obesity-related conditions.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership in cross-channel engagement, deepen expertise in content deployment ecosystems and performance analytics, influence brand strategy through execution excellence, and contribute to global standards and training curricula while advancing your career in a purpose-driven organization committed to patient impact and professional growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Doctorate degree and 4 years of marketing, content strategy, and/or engagement operations experience OR Master’s degree and 7 years OR Bachelor’s degree and 9 years
- • 10+ years of experience in content operations, digital marketing, brand execution, or cross channel engagement
- • Deep understanding of content deployment ecosystems including CRM platforms, DAMs, tagging and trafficking workflows
- • Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a record of successful cross functional collaboration
- • Experience developing and optimizing executional playbooks, templates, and SOPs
- • Familiarity with content effectiveness and performance KPIs, including reuse, time-to-market, and audience engagement
