📋 Description
- • As the Director of Customer Success at Pearl Health, you will serve as the senior relationship owner for a small portfolio of the company's largest enterprise accounts in the Southeast, driving success in value-based care programs such as ACO REACH and MSSP while maintaining best-in-class NPS and CSAT scores.
- • Day to day, you will cultivate and manage senior-level relationships within large health systems, partner with internal teams to drive account expansion and renewals, develop strategic narratives to communicate Pearl's value, and oversee the integration of Pearl's technology tools into customer workflows to optimize VBC program outcomes.
- • Pearl Health is a mission-driven healthcare technology company founded in 2020, backed by premier investors including Andreessen Horowitz and Viking Global, partnering with thousands of providers across 44 states to empower primary care providers in the shift to value-based care through its platform delivering technology, financial tools, and expert services.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in value-based care performance and practice transformation, gain experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Data Science, and Operations teams, and grow into people management responsibilities for 1–2 Customer Success Managers in the region over time.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, enterprise relationship management, network contracting, or a comparable provider-facing role
- • Expertise in ACO REACH, MSSP, or other value-based care models
- • Experience working with health systems as a technology vendor, within an ACO, or at a tech enablement company
- • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships within large health systems or physician networks
- • Experience preparing and presenting to clinical and executive leadership
- • Proven track record of achieving renewal and expansion targets at scale

- • Base Salary Range: $145,000-$175,000 per year
