- • As Director of Customer Success for the Americas (AMS) at Wrike, you will lead enterprise and commercial Customer Success Managers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across a strategic region, directly supporting GRR and NRR targets tied to the 2026 GTM strategy.
- • You will mentor and grow teams, establish accountability and coaching cultures, own customer outcomes including renewals and value realization, drive operational excellence through forecasting and tooling (Salesforce, Clari, Tableau), and lead cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- • Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will partner with executive leadership to create a unified customer experience, launch regional programs aligned with global strategy, and act as a change agent in Wrike’s evolving Customer Success organization.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic leadership skills, deepen expertise in SaaS customer lifecycle management, influence executive decision-making, and shape scalable processes that impact thousands of organizations using Wrike’s platform worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enterprise SaaS leadership
- • Proven ability to own and achieve retention and expansion targets at scale
- • Experience leading distributed teams and managing leaders in a fast-scaling, matrixed environment
- • Strong operational acuity in forecasting, playbooks, capacity models, adoption frameworks, and success plans
- • Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
- • Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, customer success platforms, and data/analytics tools
