- • Lead and scale a high-performing EMEA Customer Success team of Customer Success Engineers and Specialists to enhance customer coverage, execution quality, and regional impact.
- • Design and execute customer journey strategies that increase product adoption, accelerate time-to-value, improve customer satisfaction, strengthen retention, and drive revenue growth across the EMEA region.
- • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Customer Support, and Renewals teams to eliminate friction, improve predictability, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- • Establish, govern, and act on clear KPIs related to customer health, team performance, and business impact to identify risks, measure progress, and inform strategic decisions.
- • Deploy automation and AI-driven tools to streamline onboarding processes, strengthen execution milestones, and enable a more proactive, scalable customer success model.
- • Recruit, mentor, and develop customer value-obsessed talent, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, continuous learning, and measurable performance.
- • Own customer adoption, health, risk mitigation, renewal performance, and expansion motions to drive durable revenue growth and long-term customer loyalty.
- • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans that align with Veeam’s mission of ensuring data resilience across cloud, virtual, physical, SaaS, and Kubernetes environments.
- • Build trusted, long-term relationships with key customers to ensure they realize meaningful value through Veeam’s data resilience and security solutions.
- • Champion customer-centricity across the organization by turning customer insights into actionable initiatives that improve product delivery and service outcomes.
- • Drive change management initiatives focused on technology-enabled process improvements that increase scale, consistency, productivity, and customer outcomes.
- • Maintain alignment with global Customer Success strategies while adapting tactics to meet the unique needs of the EMEA market.
- • Serve as a key liaison between regional operations and global leadership, reporting directly to the Vice President of Customer Success, Global.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of progressive Customer Success leadership experience in technology or SaaS
- • 12+ years of proven leadership experience building high-performing teams and translating strategy into measurable business impact
- • Experience leading change management, automation, and technology-enabled process improvements that increase scale and customer outcomes
- • Demonstrated success in owning customer adoption, health, risk mitigation, renewal performance, and expansion motions that drive durable revenue growth
- • Exceptional executive leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with ability to align teams around outcomes
- • Permanent location in Romania or Poland
