- • Provide multilingual customer service in Hungarian and English to Binance users via ticketing systems and live chat platforms.
- • Respond to customer inquiries regarding cryptocurrency trading, account access, security protocols, and platform functionality with accuracy and speed.
- • Assist users with identity verification processes, including document review and compliance checks for KYC/AML requirements.
- • Resolve customer complaints related to deposits, withdrawals, transaction delays, and account restrictions in a timely and professional manner.
- • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, ensuring consistent and accurate documentation within internal support systems.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical issues, policy exceptions, or system bugs for resolution and follow-up.
- • Adhere strictly to Binance’s security and compliance guidelines when handling sensitive user data and financial information.
- • Deliver support during scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage for global users.
- • Proactively identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to improve product usability and support workflows.
- • Maintain high standards of empathy, patience, and professionalism when interacting with users under stress or experiencing financial uncertainty.
- • Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores, and first-contact resolution targets.
- • Stay updated on Binance product updates, new features, regulatory changes, and cryptocurrency market developments to provide informed support.
- • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and compliance awareness.
- • Represent Binance as a trusted point of contact, reinforcing brand reputation through exceptional service quality and user advocacy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native or fluent proficiency in both Hungarian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment such as fintech, e-commerce, or cryptocurrency
- • Ability to handle sensitive personal and financial data with strict confidentiality and compliance awareness
- • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to de-escalate tense customer situations with empathy and professionalism
