📋 Description

  • Lead and direct the Data Operations and Technology (DOT) team specifically serving the Women and Infant service line, acting as the central orchestrator for data operations and technology initiatives within this critical healthcare domain.
  • Collaborate closely with a team of highly qualified Advisory consultants to drive performance improvements for clients, leveraging data-driven insights and technological solutions.
  • Provide strategic leadership by driving engagement results, meticulously managing client relationships, and overseeing engagement resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee the development of comprehensive client deliverables and innovative solutions, ensuring they align with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of data-driven strategies and technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adoption within client organizations.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, employing a systematic approach to problem-solving and decisive resolution.
  • Oversee all project logistics and economics, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Support business development opportunities by participating in sales calls, responding to RFPs, preparing statements of work, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives.

  • Provide essential input and oversight for the content and functionality of member-facing tools that are critical to the ongoing success of collaborative initiatives.
  • Ensure that appropriate datasets of national de-identified data are readily accessible to the team and adequately support the specific needs of each project.
  • Generate significant billings revenue by effectively leading engagements through the project delivery lifecycle.
  • Guide and lead all project management-related activities for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
  • Manage project budgets and expenses meticulously, actively monitoring and controlling costs to ensure project profitability.
  • Manage and mentor staff assigned to projects, providing guidance, education, and professional development opportunities to foster team growth and success.
  • Actively participate in risk and issue identification and mitigation strategies in close collaboration with the project leadership team.
  • Identify opportunities for add-on sales and new business within current engagements, effectively communicating these potential leads to engagement leadership and actively participating in activities to secure these opportunities.
  • Actively listen for market opportunities within current engagements and collaborative networks, promptly communicating potential leads to managers.
  • Contribute to the development of compelling sales presentation deliverables using prescribed formats and technology, proactively seeking opportunities to participate in sales efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project and organizational profitability through strategic analysis and process optimization.
  • Complete all required training requirements on an annual basis to maintain professional development and compliance.
  • Aid in the development of training materials for the practice in areas of specific expertise, contributing to the knowledge base of the organization.
  • Ensure the accessibility and effective utilization of national de-identified data sets to support project objectives and client needs.
  • Foster strong client relationships across all levels of the client organization, including clinical staff, physicians, and administrative leadership, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement within data operations and technology processes, seeking innovative ways to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and impact.
  • Champion best practices in data management, analysis, and technology utilization within the Women and Infants service line.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable strategies that empower healthcare providers to make informed decisions and improve patient outcomes.
