📋 Description

• • As Director, Deployed Engineering - Central at LangChain, Inc., you will build and lead a high-performing team of deployed engineers across the Central US region, establishing LangChain’s technical and strategic credibility with key enterprise customers.
• • You will own hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management while driving technical wins, partnering with regional sales on shared revenue accountability, and leading strategic enterprise engagements by shaping agent architectures and solution design with senior stakeholders.
• • You will operate within a highly technical, customer-facing team that partners with engineers across the full lifecycle — from pre-sales to post-deployment — to ensure reliable, scalable agent deployments using the LangChain suite, while contributing regional insights to global playbooks and standards.
• • You will develop future leaders, uphold technical excellence, differentiate LangChain in competitive environments, and help define the playbooks, processes, and standards used across regions as a core member of the global deployed engineering leadership team.
