- • Lead the digital discovery and conversion strategy for Redis, owning how the company gets found across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven answer engines, LLMs, and autonomous agents.
- • Design and execute the full-stack digital marketing engine encompassing paid search, SEO, AEO/GEO, lifecycle marketing, web conversion optimization, and experimentation to drive user acquisition, handraisers, and qualified pipeline growth.
- • Deploy AI-assisted workflows to enhance marketing efficiency, including automated content gap analysis, search trend monitoring, paid campaign optimization, journey mapping, experiment ideation, and real-time reporting.
- • Partner with product marketing, content, brand, web, analytics, and demand generation teams to align digital experiences with both human and AI system requirements, ensuring measurability and interpretability across channels.
- • Drive dual-funnel growth by optimizing digital touchpoints for both self-serve developers (short-cycle discovery and free instance adoption) and enterprise architecture teams (long-cycle evaluations lasting up to six months), ensuring alignment between top-of-funnel discovery and bottom-of-funnel pipeline conversion.
- • Establish clear measurement frameworks that connect digital marketing activities directly to business outcomes, including qualified lead generation, pipeline velocity, and revenue impact.
- • Mentor and lead a team of two digital marketing professionals, scaling their impact through structured development, clear accountability, and performance-driven coaching.
- • Stay at the forefront of AI’s impact on search behavior, traffic patterns, and digital discovery, translating emerging trends into actionable digital strategies that anticipate market shifts.
- • Optimize conversion funnels using data-driven experimentation, A/B testing, and funnel analytics to increase engagement, reduce friction, and improve conversion rates across web and AI-mediated touchpoints.
- • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure Redis’ digital properties (website, documentation, API portals) are structured to be easily indexed, understood, and leveraged by AI agents and search engines alike.
- • Maintain rigorous attribution models to discern the impact of each digital channel and tactic, balancing short-term performance with long-term brand and awareness building in an evolving discovery landscape.
- • Continuously refine Redis’ digital presence to ensure it is optimized not only for human users but also for the growing ecosystem of AI discovery systems that may surface Redis as a solution to technical queries.
- • Define and implement the operating rhythm for the digital discovery team, including cadences for reporting, experimentation, competitive analysis, and cross-functional alignment with growth and product teams.
- • Translate technical product value into compelling digital narratives that resonate with developers and enterprise decision-makers alike, ensuring messaging clarity across both organic and paid channels.
- • Monitor and adapt to shifts in search engine behavior, AI model outputs, and content consumption patterns to ensure Redis remains discoverable in an era where traditional keyword-based search is being replaced by conversational and agent-driven discovery.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in digital, growth, web, or performance marketing leadership within B2B tech
- • Proven ability to drive measurable growth through SEO, paid search, web conversion, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization
- • Practical experience using AI or automation to improve marketing workflows such as content gap analysis, search monitoring, campaign optimization, experimentation, or journey analysis
- • Experience driving digital growth for a technical product with both self-serve and enterprise sales motions
- • Clear fluency in how AI is changing search, traffic patterns, and digital strategy
- • Strong operator with a data-driven approach to attribution, funnel analysis, and optimization
