Director, Digital PR

📋 Description

• • As Director of Digital PR, you will own the strategic vision, department P&L, and delivery excellence of the Digital PR function at Omniscient Digital, building and scaling a high-performance team from the ground up to drive measurable growth for leading B2B SaaS clients.
• • Day to day, you will develop and execute multi-channel PR campaigns across US, UK, and global markets, lead client consulting calls with CMOs and Marketing Directors, manage and coach a team of 3-6 PR specialists, oversee budget planning and resource allocation, and integrate PR efforts with SEO, GEO, and content programs to amplify original research and secure brand authority.
• • Omniscient Digital is a 100% remote organic growth agency partnering with ambitious B2B SaaS companies like SAP, Adobe, Loom, and Hotjar to turn SEO and content into growth engines, operating with principles of autonomy, excellence, lean agility, and continuous experimentation.
• • In this role, you will shape the future of Digital PR by defining KPIs such as earned media value and citation share, driving innovation in AI search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), building a hiring roadmap and professional growth plans for your team, and participating in quarterly profit sharing while receiving a $2,000 annual L&D stipend and unlimited PTO.
