- • Lead strategic oversight of new prospect engagement, student enrollment, and first-term retention initiatives across the National University System.
- • Develop and execute annual, monthly, and weekly enrollment strategies in collaboration with senior leadership to drive new student growth and performance against forecasted targets.
- • Monitor and report on enrollment conversion rates, pipeline performance, and course scheduling readiness to ensure operational excellence and timely student onboarding.
- • Manage day-to-day enrollment operations, including staffing levels, workflows, and resource allocation to meet performance goals and budget expectations.
- • Recruit, hire, train, and develop Enrollment Advisors, Specialists, Associate Directors, and Team Leads to build a high-performing, student-centered enrollment team.
- • Coach and mentor direct and indirect reports through interview observations, call audits, and performance reviews to enhance advising skills, service quality, and team accountability.
- • Partner with Faculty, Financial Aid, Registrar, and Student Support Services to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment across departments for successful student progression from inquiry to first-course completion.
- • Design and implement scalable processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of enrollment operations, including CRM platforms, dialer/telephony systems, and web-based recruitment tools.
- • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate barriers in the student journey, address readiness gaps, and promote early-term persistence and successful course starts.
- • Ensure consistent adherence to performance and service standards across all enrollment functions, with a focus on student experience, data accuracy, and operational quality.
- • Interpret enrollment data, compute rates and ratios, and use analytics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- • Communicate effectively with prospective students, enrolled students, university staff, licensing agencies, and the public to deliver clear, accurate, and supportive guidance.
- • Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for all enrollment activities, including compliance and accreditation requirements.
- • Support organizational priorities through additional duties and special projects as assigned, including limited travel to university-sponsored meetings or events.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- • Seven (7) years of experience in Enrollment, Admissions, or Sales/Operations
- • Five (5) years of leadership experience preferred
- • Experience in higher education preferred
- • Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred
- • Demonstrated knowledge of enrollment information systems and CRM platforms
