- • As Director, Experience - Americas at Pebl Technologies Inc., you will lead strategic execution across multiple teams to drive large-scale change, foster innovation, and ensure exceptional employee and client experiences across global markets, directly impacting the company’s ability to scale compliant, efficient global hiring and operations.
- • You will collaborate with Product, HR, Operations, Payroll, and Client Success teams to align cross-functional initiatives, develop leaders across departments, champion continuous improvement, and translate data insights into actionable business plans that enhance operational excellence and service delivery.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with an advanced degree preferred
- • 8–10 years of experience in customer operations with deep understanding of service delivery and operational excellence
- • Proven track record leading multiple teams and delivering strategic outcomes in fast-paced, complex environments
- • Experience driving large-scale change initiatives, fostering innovation, and building agile, high-performing teams
- • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to develop, engage, and inspire leaders across departments and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- • Strong analytical skills to deep dive into complex data, uncover insights, and translate them into clear, actionable business plans
- • Experience implementing and scaling AI-driven solutions to optimize operations and improve efficiency
- • Hands-on mindset with bias for action, comfortable solving problems and supporting teams directly
