- • The Director, Experience - Americas role at Pebl Technologies Inc. is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, innovation, and engagement across multiple teams to support the company’s mission of enabling global hiring and compliance through its AI-powered Global Work Platform™.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading strategic execution across teams, collaborating with Product, HR, Operations, Payroll, and Client Success to drive cross-departmental initiatives, defining and scaling global Experience strategy, developing leaders, fostering innovation and agility, and championing continuous improvement and accountability.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with an advanced degree preferred
- • 8–10 years of experience in customer operations with a deep understanding of service delivery and operational excellence
- • Proven track record of leading multiple teams and delivering strategic outcomes in fast-paced, complex environments
- • Experience driving large-scale change initiatives, fostering innovation, and building agile, high-performing teams
- • Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to develop, engage, and inspire leaders across multiple departments
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and align cross-functional partners at all levels
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to deep dive into complex data, uncover insights, and translate them into clear, actionable business plans
- • Experience implementing and scaling AI-driven solutions to optimize operations and improve efficiency
