- • Own the end-to-end definition and roll-out of CGM’s unified global business standards, ensuring every policy, template, and KPI ladder up to the company’s mission of making healthcare smarter, easier, and better.
- • Architect and steer the SAP CX Suite transformation across 19 countries and 60 product markets, translating complex business requirements into scalable system designs that integrate seamlessly with Finance, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience.
- • Establish a single source of truth for master data, process flows, and automation rules, eliminating silos and enabling real-time, AI-driven insights that empower 8,700+ colleagues to act faster and smarter.
- • Build and mentor a high-performing, multicultural team of process owners, solution architects, and change champions; foster psychological safety so that bold ideas surface and diverse perspectives accelerate innovation.
- • Design and continuously refine best-in-class processes—from requisition-to-pay and hire-to-retire to lead-to-cash—using Lean Six Sigma and design-thinking methodologies to cut cycle times, reduce cost, and elevate customer and patient experience.
- • Create and govern a global KPI framework that tracks adoption, data quality, automation rates, and business value; present executive dashboards to the C-suite and Board, translating metrics into clear narratives that secure ongoing investment.
- • Orchestrate large-scale change-management programs: craft communication plans, deliver training at scale, and embed new ways of working so that every user—from finance clerk to country manager—embraces the transformation.
- • Manage multi-million-euro budgets and external system integrators, negotiating contracts, SLAs, and risk-mitigation plans to ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget.
- • Partner with AI product teams to embed predictive analytics and intelligent automation into ERP workflows, turning transactional data into proactive insights that save clinicians time and improve patient outcomes.
- • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every design decision, ensuring that global standards reflect local regulatory, cultural, and accessibility needs across Europe, APAC, and the Americas.
- • Serve as the escalation point for critical incidents and complex stakeholder conflicts, balancing global consistency with local agility to protect business continuity and reputation.
- • Continuously scan the horizon for emerging technologies, regulatory shifts, and competitive moves, feeding insights into CGM’s strategic roadmap and positioning the company as the undisputed eHealth leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, or related discipline with outstanding academic record.
- • 10+ years of international leadership experience driving large-scale business transformation in software, technology, or healthcare sectors.
- • Expert-level expertise in SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP CX Suite implementation across multi-national, multi-language environments.
- • Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire diverse, multicultural teams while navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
- • Exceptional strategic acumen paired with hands-on execution skills and a track record of delivering measurable business value.
