- • The Senior Manager, Lean Enterprise drives Manufacturing Excellence across all Integer Manufacturing Facilities by designing and implementing sustainable systems that enable full engagement and world-class operational performance in safety, quality, delivery, lead-time, and cost.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include deploying the Integer Production System, leading strategic planning through Hoshin Planning and site transformation plans, facilitating Lean Diagnosis Workshops, coaching site leaders (especially Continuous Improvement Managers), promoting a lean culture across all organizational levels, and mentoring and managing direct reports.
