- • Lead and deliver large-scale strategic ventures from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with Almedia’s quality standards and corporate objectives.
- • Serve as the primary client contact for corporate accounts, maintaining proactive communication, managing expectations, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- • Develop and enhance project methodologies by leading workshops and applying innovation frameworks such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup to improve deliverables and processes.
- • Oversee small corporate accounts including budgeting, stakeholder alignment, and relationship management to drive revenue and client retention.
- • Create tailored, high-quality project proposals and strategic documentation, including whitepapers and frameworks, to secure new business and guide execution.
- • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on growth, accountability, and high performance.
- • Work five days per week in the New York office to maintain the energetic, in-person momentum required to drive fast-paced initiatives.
- • Operate with high ownership, taking full responsibility for project outcomes and contributing directly to Almedia’s mission of becoming Europe’s next major bootstrapped unicorn.
- • Engage with a community of over 70 million users and lead initiatives that redefine how global advertisers acquire customers through incentivized engagement.
- • Collaborate directly with the leadership team on high-impact, cross-functional projects that scale quickly and demand relentless execution.
- • Push beyond traditional role boundaries—expect rapid delegation of significant responsibility, early decision-making authority, and accountability for measurable business outcomes.

- • Proven experience in project leadership with a focus on venture building or innovation consulting
- • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage large projects and cross-functional teams
- • Excellent communication skills, capable of managing client relationships and expectations effectively
- • Proficiency in creating high-quality outputs such as whitepapers and frameworks, with experience in offer writing and account management
- • Bonus: Deep knowledge of innovation methods and a master's degree in a related field
- • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and innovative setting
