- • The Analyst, Deal Operations role at Pluralsight is critical to securing revenue by enabling sales teams through streamlined deal support, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the sales lifecycle.
- • Day to day, the analyst coordinates deal support for Enterprise sales segments, partners with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to manage deal requirements, creates quotes and sales orders, collaborates with Deal Desk and Finance on contract alignment and invoicing, validates invoice details, initiates Pre-Sales and Professional Services engagements, and drives process improvements through research and data analysis.
