- • Lead annual and quarterly Go-to-Market (GTM) planning including market sizing, segment prioritization, and resource allocation to drive strategic growth.
- • Own territory design and capacity modeling by balancing sales coverage, fairness, and revenue potential across regions and teams.
- • Drive quota setting and compensation plan design in close partnership with Finance and Sales Leadership to align incentives with business objectives.
- • Build and maintain account stratification frameworks to prioritize sales efforts on the highest-value customer opportunities.
- • Define, refine, and refresh the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) with clear scoring criteria, strategic rationale, and boundaries for target segmentation.
- • Develop CAC and ROI analysis frameworks to evaluate GTM investments across sales headcount, marketing spend, and channel mix.
- • Deliver executive-level strategic analysis to the Board and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) — providing not just data, but actionable insights and clear recommendations.
- • Partner with BI/Analytics teams to extract and interpret data from Salesforce and other enterprise systems to uncover operational and strategic opportunities.
- • Translate high-level business strategy into operational GTM models that Sales Operations can execute effectively.
- • Challenge assumptions, pressure-test forecasts, and proactively flag risks in planning cycles to ensure realistic and achievable targets.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to align GTM decisions and drive execution.
- • Lead and develop a small team of analysts or strategists, fostering growth and building scalable frameworks and templates.
- • Be a builder from day one — create new processes, tools, and systems from scratch to support Ensono’s evolving GTM motion.
- • Present with strong executive presence, confidently holding discussions and influencing decisions at the board and ELT level.
- • Utilize advanced Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides to build board-ready deliverables and complex financial models.
- • Apply financial modeling skills to capacity planning, scenario analysis, and ROI evaluation for GTM initiatives.
- • Independently identify key analytical questions, partner with data teams to obtain insights, and translate outputs into strategic recommendations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte S&O, Accenture Strategy, or equivalent)
- • Demonstrated builder orientation — created GTM frameworks from the ground up including ICP design, territory and capacity modeling, quota and comp planning, or CAC/ROI analysis
- • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides skills — built board-level deliverables
- • Financial modeling skills across capacity plans, ROI models, and scenario analysis
- • Strong executive presence — presented to and held your own at the board and ELT level
- • Strong data acumen — independently identified key questions, partnered with BI/Analytics to pull data, and translated outputs into insight
