📋 Description

• Lead the growth marketing engine at Abridge AI, turning awareness into pipeline and pipeline into momentum as a Director of Growth Marketing reporting to the VP of Marketing.
• Own and scale demand generation across paid media (Google, LinkedIn, X), email/CRM, social, and ABM while aligning with Sales and RevOps on pipeline targets and feedback loops.
• Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team, driving performance through data-driven KPIs, AI-enabled workflows, and close collaboration with Product, Creative, and Customer Marketing.
• Elevate content and social as measurable growth channels, optimize web performance and conversion, and ensure brand integrity while driving measurable pipeline impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of marketing experience with at least 6 years in growth or demand generation leadership at a high-growth tech company, preferably in AI.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and develop multi-disciplinary teams, hiring well and driving results through others.
• Strong B2B marketing foundation with B2C instincts to activate end users, not just economic buyers.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining and achieving KPIs, aligning with Sales and RevOps on pipeline goals, ICP, and ABM strategies.
• Comfort using AI to build internal tools and workflows to enhance team speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Fluency collaborating with creative teams—providing clear briefs, actionable feedback, and treating creative as a strategic partner.
