📋 Description

• The Director, Growth Marketing will build and own the engine that converts Morning Consult's brand authority and content output into qualified pipeline, serving as a foundational role on a newly structured marketing team led by the Chief Growth Officer.
• Day to day, the person will run paid campaigns, build attribution models, tune conversion funnels, present channel strategy to leadership, and log into platforms like Google Ads to adjust bids, while strategically connecting paid performance, organic demand, ABM, and AI-assisted outreach into a coherent growth system.
• Morning Consult is a global decision intelligence company that pairs proprietary high-frequency data with applied artificial intelligence to inform decisions on what people think and how they will act, with offices in Washington, DC, New York, NY, and Chicago, IL, and a remote-flexible work model.
• The person will learn to optimize for outcomes rather than clicks, align marketing with enterprise decision-maker audiences, and shape the first dedicated Growth Marketing function at the company, gaining strategic and tactical ownership of a high-impact growth engine.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience running paid campaigns
• Experience building attribution models

• Strategic thinking about paid performance, organic demand, ABM, and AI-assisted outreach
• Comfort presenting channel strategy to leadership and executing tactical adjustments in platforms like Google Ads
