- • Own end-to-end guest acquisition and retention strategy for the Olo Network, scaling it to millions of guests as the company’s highest-priority consumer growth initiative.
- • Design and execute performance marketing campaigns across all acquisition channels, with two-thirds of focus dedicated to driving new guest acquisition.
- • Build and optimize lifecycle marketing playbooks to convert first-time users into repeat guests, increasing long-term customer value and retention.
- • Lead performance analysis across channels, using data to inform strategy, allocate budget, and maximize ROI on growth initiatives.
- • Partner directly with Product, Engineering, Design, Brand, and Analytics teams to align growth initiatives with product capabilities and user experience.
- • Collaborate with Olo’s 850+ restaurant brand partners to co-develop growth strategies that benefit both Olo and its network of restaurant clients.
- • Start as a hands-on operator, personally managing campaigns and analytics before scaling into a player-coach role by building a small team of growth managers and channel specialists.
- • Define key growth metrics and KPIs, establish reporting frameworks, and ensure cross-functional transparency on performance outcomes.
- • Experiment with new acquisition channels and retention tactics, iterating rapidly based on performance data and market feedback.
- • Balance strategic planning with tactical execution, maintaining ownership of campaign performance while preparing to lead and mentor future growth team members.
- • Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in New York City, with flexibility to operate across time zones as needed.

- • Proven experience building and scaling consumer growth channels from the ground up in a high-growth environment
- • Demonstrated success in end-to-end ownership of acquisition and retention strategies across digital marketing channels
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and ROI optimization
- • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to align growth initiatives with product development
- • Ability to operate as a hands-on individual contributor while preparing to lead and build a small team
- • Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing and customer retention mechanics in digital platforms
