📋 Description

• • As the first operational leader for NerdWallet Wealth Partners, you will establish core operational processes for a fast-growing wealth management business, building and scaling systems, processes, and infrastructure that power both client experience and the revenue engine from prospect to long-term servicing.
• • You will own the full operational lifecycle, bridging revenue operations, marketing and sales performance, and client-servicing workflows unique to an advisory practice, while serving as a senior leader on the NerdWallet Wealth Partners leadership team reporting directly to the CEO.
• • You will join an early-stage, hyper-growth wealth management firm serving young, mass affluent clients acquired through a highly efficient digital funnel, with the rare opportunity to build a world-class operation from the ground up.
• • You will design cohort-based performance frameworks, streamline client onboarding workflows, optimize advisor workflows, and build scalable operational systems while mentoring a lean, high-performing operations team as the business scales.
