- • As Director of Growth Strategy at Darkroom Software, Inc., you will lead growth initiatives for high-growth consumer brands, serving as both a management consultant and marketing strategy leader responsible for driving measurable impact across omni-channel campaigns.
- • You will develop integrated growth strategies, manage client relationships, oversee financial projections and P&L, lead cross-functional global teams, and scale ad accounts up to $1M per month while reporting to the Managing Director.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of paid media experience with a minimum of 7 years in DTC or E-Commerce
- • Mastery of DTC P&L, including contribution margin, new customer revenue, and repeat revenue discussions
- • Ability to construct e-commerce funnels with irresistible offers, healthy AOV, and clear UVPs, translating them into actionable creative strategies
- • Proficiency in financial projections, budgeting, and defending marketing strategies to PE firms, CEOs, CFOs, and management teams
- • Experience leading global teams of designers, paid acquisition, retention, and data analysts while serving as the client quarterback
